Through the grid of the neon lights,
The city breathes in black and white.
We walk like shadows on a silicone floor,
Knocking gently on a rusted door.
No one answers. No one is home.
Just wires and flesh, beautifully alone.

Inside the machine, I watch you crawl…
The shadows flicker on the bedroom wall.
Are we human? Are we just a spark?
Are you saving me from… our darkness?

You speak of machines as if they had a heart.
But I’ve seen the way they tear the sky apart.
Your metallic voice echoes in the concrete rain,
An electric lullaby to numb the pain.

We are strangers in a static land.
The circuits break, the neon dies,
